Job description: Testing of services, coffee-houses, restaurants, stores, banks, insurance companies and much more!

In the role of a mystery shopper, you will discover the whole new site of the shopping experience and customer service. You will learn standards for evaluation and you will experience interesting scenarios of visits. With mystery shopping, you will not only improve your communication and acting skills, but you will also learn how to negotiate, be assertive or how to confront with staff.
